Installing your eSIM is easy and takes less than 5 minutes:

Step 1: After purchase, you'll receive an email with a QR code within 2 minutes.

Step 2: On your phone, go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.

Step 3: Scan the QR code with your camera.

Step 4: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Step 5: Enable Data Roaming and select your eSIM for mobile data.

That's it! Your eSIM will connect automatically when you arrive at your destination.

Most smartphones released after 2018 support eSIM technology. Here are the compatible devices:

Apple: iPhone XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and all Pro/Max variants, iPad Pro (3rd gen+), iPad Air (3rd gen+)

Samsung: Galaxy S20, S21, S22, S23, S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold/Flip series, Galaxy Note 20+

Google: Pixel 3, 3a, 4, 4a, 5, 5a, 6, 6a, 7, 7a, 8, 8a, 9 series

Other: Huawei P40+, Xiaomi 12T Pro+, Oppo Find X3+, Motorola Razr+

Important: Your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use our eSIM. Contact your carrier if unsure.

We recommend installing your eSIM before you travel, but activating it when you arrive at your destination.

Here's why:

• Your data plan validity period starts when you first connect to a network in your destination country

• Installing beforehand ensures everything is ready when you land

• You can install up to 30 days before your trip

Pro tip: Turn off Data Roaming until you arrive to prevent accidental activation.

When your data is depleted, your internet connection will pause - but don't worry, getting back online is instant!

Your options:

• Purchase a top-up or new plan from our store - it activates immediately

• Your existing eSIM profile stays on your device, no reinstallation needed

• We send you notifications at 80% and 95% usage so you can plan ahead

Note: Voice calls and SMS are not included with data-only eSIMs. Keep your regular SIM active for calls.

Yes! It depends on which plan you purchase:

Regional Plans: Our Europe, Asia, and Americas plans work across all countries in that region with one eSIM. For example, our Europe plan covers 40+ countries.

Global Plans: Our worldwide plans work in 100+ countries across all continents.

Single Country Plans: These only work in the specific country listed.

Check the coverage details on each plan's page to see exactly which countries are included. Your data allowance is shared across all covered countries.

Absolutely! We stand behind our product with a hassle-free refund policy:

Full refund if:

• Your eSIM fails to install or activate and our support team cannot resolve the issue

• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase AND before using any data

How to request:

Contact our support team with your order number. We'll troubleshoot first, and if we can't fix it, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Note: Once data has been used, the eSIM cannot be refunded as it's a digital product.

No! You can use both your physical SIM and eSIM at the same time. This is called Dual SIM functionality.

Recommended setup:

• Use your eSIM for mobile data (cheaper than roaming!)

• Keep your regular SIM active for calls and texts

How to configure:

Go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → select your Roambit eSIM for "Mobile Data" while keeping your regular SIM for "Voice".

This way you stay reachable on your normal number while enjoying affordable data abroad!

Each plan has two validity periods:

Installation validity: You can install the eSIM up to 30 days after purchase.

Data validity: Your data allowance is valid for the number of days specified in your plan (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 30 days). This countdown starts when you first connect to a network in your destination.

Example: You buy a 7-day Europe plan on January 1st. You install it on January 10th. You arrive in France on January 15th and connect. Your data is valid until January 22nd.

Unused data: Unfortunately, unused data does not roll over after the validity period ends.

Don't worry - most connection issues can be fixed in a few steps:

1. Check Data Roaming: Go to Settings → Cellular → your eSIM → make sure Data Roaming is ON

2. Select the right line: Ensure your Roambit eSIM is selected for Mobile Data (not your regular SIM)

3. Restart your phone: A simple restart often fixes connectivity issues

4. Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn it on for 30 seconds, then off again

5. Check APN settings: Most phones configure this automatically. If not, contact us for the correct APN.

6. Manual network selection: Go to Settings → Cellular → Network Selection → turn off Automatic and manually select a local carrier

Yes, you can use Personal Hotspot (tethering) with most of our plans!

How to enable:

Go to Settings → Personal Hotspot → turn it on and set a password. Other devices can then connect to your phone's WiFi.

Keep in mind:

• Hotspot uses more data as you're sharing with multiple devices

• Video streaming on connected devices can quickly deplete your allowance

• Some local networks may limit hotspot speeds

Pro tip: If you're traveling with family, consider our larger data plans or one plan per person for the best experience.
